Return and Refund Policy

If order is lost or damaged, or if you are not completely satisfied with your selection, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the shipment, exchange the item for a different product, or provide you with a full refund*. No hassle, no muss, no fuss though we may ask a question or two in order to improve our products as it is always our goal to offer the best products to our customers.

*Returns for orders over $100 retail and all specialty orders will receive a product exchange, no refund. 

Shipping Guidelines

Our products are handcrafted specially for each order to insure you always receive the freshest product possible. Depending on the product, most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt and payment of order. 

Unless specifically requested, orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage from our Houston, Texas location. Domestic shipments generally arrive within 2-4 days. Shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may take longer and will be confirmed at shipment.
